The priest that knew too much

Fr Ripperger silenced by the guards of the Ecclesia Captiva.

“I have said these things to you to keep you from stumbling. They will put you out of the synagogues. Indeed, an hour is coming when those who kill you will think that by doing so they are offering worship to God. And they will do this because they have not known the Father or me. But I have said these things to you so that when their hour comes you may remember that I told you about them.” (John 16: 1-4)

The Staging of Antipope Leo’s Hospitalization: Perhaps He Is Already Under House Arrest

Leo XIV at the Gemelli Hospital for a pulmonary nodule: the hospitalization, the Amoris laetitia affair, and unsubstantiated speculation about his claim to the papacy

Cionci can certainly never be accused of lacking a keen instinct. It may seem surprising, but reading his account, it is entirely possible that the orchestration of Robert Prevost’s—real or feigned—lightning-fast hospitalization was designed to allow him to gracefully sidestep certain obligations. After all, isn't lying a hallmark of the anti-papacy, as we have already seen with Bergoglio?

QUESTIONS CATHOLICS ARE AFRAID TO ASK ABOUT THE POPE

What homosexual clergy fear the most

With his customary candor and precision, Fr. Gomulka helps us face the facts: the Catholic Church—right up to the highest levels—is riddled with homosexuals. Unless the issue is clearly addressed, the solution will never be found.

The pope’s 007 reveals (by mistake) the enormous skeleton in Leo XIV’s cupboard

Jordi Bertomeu, the pope’s anti-abuse “policeman”, defended Prevost against accusations of covering up for the paedophile Father Lute. Yet the pope really did save him. With a device used in at least 1,058 other cases

How many paedophile priests does the Church have to deal with? How does it deal with them, and what becomes of them? The answer beggars belief, and comes from none other than one of the foremost experts on clerical abuse, Jordi Bertomeu, a close friend of Pope Prevost. As Giorgio Meletti recounts in this detailed article, which I urge you to read carefully, Bertomeu explains that the pope can grant “the grace of dispensation from the clerical state” to priests accused of sexual abuse: this avoids a canonical trial, and the offence vanishes as though it had never been committed. The victims? What do they matter? They have no right to information about the outcome of their complaints anyway, and if the pope wishes to grant the culprit a dispensation to extinguish his guilt, his decision is beyond appeal. If you think this “get-out-of-jail-free card” is a rarely used expedient, you are mistaken. Bertomeu himself supplies the figures: in the last nine years alone, a paedophile priest was pardoned every three days. So much for zero tolerance. Federica Tourn

Fauci and the Bishops

A Catholic Reflection

The recent revelations regarding the contents of the diaries, emails, and cell phone records of Dr. Anthony Fauci have produced a curious sidebar that involves the Catholic Church, and specifically the American Catholic hierarchy. When Fauci assumed the role of Covid Commando and promulgated the reams of regulations, orders, and guidelines, combined with the mandatory punishments regarding infringements of his diktats, America’s Catholic hierarchy quickly fell into line.
