It has been 6 years since the beginning of my investigation into the nullity of the resignation of Benedict XVI; 5 years since the article on Libero explaining how Benedict's Declaratio was actually an announcement of impeded see; 4 years from the publication of the volume "Ratzinger Code" (25,000 copies sold) which revealed this canonical reality, the pronouncements of the true pope under broad mental restriction and Bergoglio's heretical antipapacy; 3 years from the filing of the first petition   with 11,500 signatures of which, as informed me by personal letter, Card. Parolin has "taken note"; 2 years from the filing of my petition in Court regarding impeded see and assault on Benedict XVI, 1 year from the first interrogation undergone as a witness before the office of the Promoter of Justice.

I have produced to date a total of 1500 articles, 3000 video-podcasts, 186 conferences, 56 petitions, 4 court filings, winning 2 journalism prizes. 

However, to date, the Holy See has still not provided answers, leaving the faithful adrift and without licit sacraments, allowing courageous priests to be excommunicated and reduced to lay state after speaking the truth. 

With the death of antipope Bergoglio, another antipope was elected, Leo XIV, who continues the work of dismantling the Catholic Church, its doctrine and, with them, our Country, our moral, social, economic, identity and cultural fabric. 

My investigation of over 1000 articles in the daily newspaper Libero has been deleted from the web, none of the journalists and supposedly Catholic bloggers have collaborated to bring out this truth indispensable for the survival of the Catholic Church. 

No cardinal has accepted to receive me despite 56 petitions signed by over 20,000 faithful. In April, magistrate Angelo Giorgianni, former Undersecretary of the Interior with responsibility for Religious Affairs, sent two canonical studies on the invalidity of the 2025 conclave to Card. Parolin and received no response. Life Site News has spread the news of the investigations underway by the Promoter of Justice, worldwide, and yet not a leaf has moved.

I think that may suffice.

This is why I have decided to divulge part of the contents of the correspondence I maintained four years ago with His Eminence Card. Robert Sarah, one of the few remaining truly Catholic cardinals and sincere friend of the last true pope: Benedict XVI. Today His Eminence is 80 years old, is probably isolated and needs all our support.

I do not believe I am harming him because these emails are completely to his honor. In conscience, this is why I have decided to divulge them: from a spiritual point of view, for the supreme law of the Church, namely the salvation of souls and for the exasperation to which the Holy See's silence has driven an immense multitude of faithful and citizens. 

From a secular point of view, for the security of our Italy, gravely endangered by the usurpation of the Petrine throne by powers far from Catholic. I recall that, as sanctioned by the Italian Constitution,the defense of the Homeland is a "sacred duty of the citizen".

Well: the first email I exchanged with Cardinal Sarah dates back to April 9, 2021,   in response to my well-argued article published on the blog of renowned vaticanist Marco Tosatti dedicated to the nullity of the resignation as a canonical device implemented by Pope Benedict for the defense of the Church.

His Eminence replied to me through his secretary don Francesco Morena:

"Dear Doctor,

His Eminence Cardinal Sarah has well received your text and thanks you sincerely, and from the heart blesses You.

Cordially, from the Secretariat, don Francesco Morena"

Cardinal Sarah was thus blessing a journalist who stated categorically at least 20 times in an article that Bergoglio was an ANTIPOPE. 

On July 10, 2022 I asked His Eminence – now certainly well informed of the matters I was investigating – at what address I could send him the book "Ratzinger Code" published in May: the cardinal himself replied to me, in person, thanking me for my reflection, reserving for me his prayer and blessing and providing me with his address:

"Many thanks for your message. Pope Ratzinger is a master and spiritual and liturgical guide of exceptional depth. Thank you for your reflection. Here is my postal address: xxxxx

With my prayer and blessing.

Robert Card Sarah". 

On August 6, 2022, after the cardinal had received and certainly read "Ratzinger Code", the secretary of His Eminence, don Augustin Shako Yodi, replied to me thus: 

"Dear Dr. Andrea,

His Eminence acknowledges receipt of a copy of Your volume Ratzinger Code and thanks You for the courteous sending, with the wish that it illuminate consciences.

Cordial greetings in Christ,

don Augustin Shako, his secretary". 

His Eminence, therefore, thanked me and hoped that "Ratzinger Code" would illuminate consciences: a book in which are illustrated in 345 pages: the impeded see of Pope Benedict XVI, his messages under broad mental restriction (at the time by me called "Ratzinger code"), Bergoglio's heresies and his tragic antipapacy. 

Your Eminence, if you now wish to sue me for the dissemination of these emails, do so: if I am condemned, I will pay what is due.  But do you realize that at stake is the very survival of the Holy Roman Church, the salvation of souls, the health of bodies, the integrity of nations. I do not believe I have certainly harmed Your honor, quite the opposite.

The world that has remained Catholic looks to You with filial hope, having invoked Your intervention with numerous petitions, promoted, in addition to by me, also by the well-known outlet Life Site News.

We are ready to support You with drawn sword: you will discover an entire army of faithful ready to follow their shepherd and an army of laypeople who have understood the gravity of what happened in 2013 and who will support You with equal conviction. 

THE USURPATION OF THE PETRINE THRONE MUST END, AND AT ONCE: the world is plunging into chaos because the Vicar of Jesus Christ is missing. Everywhere advance Gnosticism, Satanism and other aberrant anti-Christian and anti-human ideologies.

You, as an authentic cardinal have all the power – and the duty – to enforce the rights of the Apostolic See in accordance with art. 3 of Universi Dominici Gregis. I, with my canonists, Latinists, Church historians, lawyers, are at Your service. 

Benedict XVI, with his brilliant Declaratio issued a decisio, a penal decree by which he announced his impeded see and the usurpation of the papacy. The text was artfully disguised and falsified to make it appear as an abdication, but still they could not hide the failure to renounce the munus petrinum.(can. 188, substantial error).

Therefore, Francis was never pope as he was elected from a conclave convoked abusively with an impeded pope and non-abdicating pope according to can. 332.2. Everything he has done in 12 years is NULL, does not exist.

Leo XIV was never pope as the see was never declared vacant by the death of Benedict XVI; Prevost was elected from a conclave composed of 108 false cardinals appointed by Bergoglio, in an assembly of 133 electors (13 beyond the limit imposed by Universi Dominici Gregis), with a cardinal caught with a cell phone after the extra omnes and another who left before the closing. All inconceivable violations of the Universi Dominici Gregis which, according to arts. 76 and 77, render this conclave null and invalid as well, ("without requiring a declaration on the matter") as well as everything Leo XIV has done for the past year.

The Church continues to be led by an antipope devoid of munus petrinum and therefore devoid of the special assistance of the Holy Spirit. Leo's magisterium is not infallible, (and it shows), his canonizations are invalid, the teaching is clearly heterodox. He himself, in a letter sent to a faithful, has admitted that he is aware of the investigations underway regarding the impeded see of Pope Benedict XVI, of the assassination attempt he suffered in Cuba in 2012 and therefore is consciously covering up the matter while, on the other hand, he endorses the aberrant heresies of antipope Francis such as Fiducia Supplicans or Amoris Laetitia, which he even called a "luminous message".

From a technical point of view, the Petrine succession will definitely end in 2036 when the minimum legal number of 3 authentic cardinals under 80 years of age will cease to exist. 

This is why I beg you, together with the thousands of signatories of the petitions I have promoted, to unblock this untenable situation, with the courage that the blood-red color you wear reminds you of every day.

Thank you Your Eminence. After 13 years of Prudence and Temperance, now is the time to act with Fortitude and Justice. Count on us.
